Exchange & Refund Policy

At Hayaa & Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, customers must contact us via WhatsApp with their order details.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition:
    • Unused and unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Free from perfumes, stains, or damage
    • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the allowed exchange period

3. Refunds

  • No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
  • All purchases are considered final sale, except in cases where the product is received defective or incorrect.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided.
  • In such cases, Hayaa&Co will cover the exchange shipping fees.

5. Shipping Fees for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
