Exchange & Refund Policy
At Hayaa & Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To request an exchange, customers must contact us via WhatsApp with their order details.
- Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from perfumes, stains, or damage
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for:
- Items that show signs of use or damage
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the allowed exchange period
3. Refunds
- No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
- All purchases are considered final sale, except in cases where the product is received defective or incorrect.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided.
- In such cases, Hayaa&Co will cover the exchange shipping fees.
5. Shipping Fees for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
