Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Egypt only.
  
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be communicated clearly.

3. Free Shipping

• Free shipping is available on all orders above 5,000 EGP.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp.
• Tracking details will be provided when available.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Hayaa & Co is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the courier company
• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

6. Failed Deliveries

• If an order is returned due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
